The information below is for existing retail customers only.  Please contact us if you have a retail store and would like to set up an account with us to sell Dutyman product.

 

1. When ordering by fax, please indicate all contact information including; company name, address, Phone and fax numbers, PO numbers, and styles/sizes.  If you would like conformation that we received your order,  please note your request on the order and provide return information.

2. Please indicate gilt finish or solid brass on buckles and snaps.

 

3. If you order River Belts with a solid brass buckle, there will be an additional charge per belt. We only offer gold buckles in solid brass for these belts.

 

4. We are not able to special order items in any of the nylon products.

 

5. We do charge for samples. If you return the sample in like new condition we will credit you for the item.

 

6. Accounts that do not place an order for six months will be closed.

 

7. Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible in the order that they are received.  Next day air and second day air orders are shipped same day if possible.  Three day shipping is not a priority and will not get your order shipped out faster.

 

8. Dutyman, Inc. reserves the right to close existing accounts and to not set up any new account.

 

9. All products, designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

 

10. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their prices are current.

 

11.  All orders less than $50.00 will be subject to a $5.00 small order charge (SOC).

12. All Dutyman, Inc. retailers must purchase a minimum of $1500 a year to keep their account open. In the event that a retailer fails to meet the minimum purchase requirement, they will be contacted and their account with Dutyman, Inc. will be closed. In order to open an account that was closed due to not meeting the minimum purchase requirement, an initial order for $1500 must be placed to reopen the account.

 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: DUTYMAN stands behind it’s products and guarantees customer satisfaction. Any Dutyman, Inc. product may be returned due to manufacture defect.
